BSA | The Software Alliance Supports House Momentum on Defend Trade Secrets Act
WASHINGTON — April 19, 2016 — BSA | The Software Alliance encourages the House Judiciary Committee to approve the Defend Trade Secrets Act. We appreciate the leadership of Chairman Goodlatte in encouraging consensus legislation that will benefit software innovation. We also thank Representatives Collins, Jeffries, Nadler, and the more than 150 House cosponsors of the Defend Trade Secrets Act for their work in crafting this important legislation. BSA expects quick, bipartisan action in the House Judiciary Committee and encourages the full House of Representatives to vote on the legislation and send it to the President’s desk.
